Cancellation
You have 24 hours before your appointment time to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled day of will be charged the full cost of the reserved services. If a gift certificate was used, it will be voided.

Arrival & Late
Please check in at least 10 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, the service time may be shortened. Turn off cellular phones, inform us of special needs or disabilities, and leave valuables at home as Unwind Spa is not responsible for lost items.
